This vision was brought into physical execution on 12th June 2014, in Delta State, Nigeria, and was officially registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) as a business name, The Lid Summit Int'l Academy, on December 10, 2018, with registration No. RC 2715624. Its primary activities were to render Educational Services and Consultancy. The business was subsequently upgraded and certified with the Corporate Affairs Commission of the Federal Republic of Nigeria on June 5, 2023, as a private company limited by shares, with company registration No. 7002456.
